Best Answer:  work out in the morning on a fasted state so this hits me pretty fast... something like 10-20 mins. What I do is 10-15 minutes of steady-state cardio for a warmup as soon as I chug it all down, since I don't really need the "boost" during my warmup. By the time I'm done with the cardio, I start lifting and it's able to get me through my 1-1:30 hour workout. Whether I'm lifting heavy, or for volume, or doing a circuit, it really helps.
